A former hotel manager & tourism industry consultant, Prof Kaye Chon is Chair Professor and Director of the School of Hotel & Tourism Management at Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

In his university teaching that spans over 22 years, Professor Chon has received numerous academic awards and is a frequent speaker at international conferences. He has also published over 200 papers in international & professional publications and authored or edited a number of books.

Kaye Chon has served numerous international organizations in leadership capacity, which included chairmanship or vice chairmanship in International Society of Travel & Tourism Educators, Pacific Asia Travel Association Education Committee and the United World Tourism Organization Education Council.
