Manfred Schoenleben is CEO, for TMC Partners, Singapore and Munich, a strategy consulting company focused on any kind of living concepts, connected to service. The client base is the hotel industry, real estate owners and government organisations.

Manfred has more than 25 years experience in various segments of tourism, combined with experience in the real estate market. He was involved in several start-ups and IPOs as well as the reengineering of organisations.

Prior to his work for TMC Partners, Manfred served in various hotel and tourism organisations as Senior Vice President & Secretary General (Kempinski Hotels), Executive Chairman (Kempinski Residences), Chairman of the Supervisory Board (Design Hotels) and Head of Timeshare Division (TUI Group).
