Globetrotter, multidisciplinary, creative and curious by nature, Pablo brings 20+ years of experience in the hospitality industry in different leading positions such as executive chef for Star Michelin restaurants, corporate F&B and consultant for sustainability and innovation.
His professional experience in the hospitality industry taught him the importance of using innovation to create new services/solutions to increase business performance, customer experience and loyalty. As a result, Pablo co-founded 3 start-ups and become mentor to many others.
Since 2009, Pablo shares his passion and business/tech expertise to the future hospitality leaders who study at Les Roches.
Currently, Pablo leads Spark at Les Roches Crans-Montana campus.
Spark main objectives are to inspire the future hospitality leaders, ignite the development and testing of new hospitality solutions in living laboratories and to incubate disrupted ideas and businesses.
