Project-based learning enables students to learn in-depth and develop core employability skills through participating in real work projects and experiences. To support the Indonesian vocational education system development, Susanne Oswald, Head of International Projects at SHL Schweizerische Hotelfachschule Luzern (owner of the WTFL by SHL brand), traveled to Indonesia, to hold workshops focussing on SHL best practices in this field, the design of project-based learning content for training providers and the strengthening of collaboration between training providers and the tourism industry.
